This foundational course is designed for aspiring Texture Technicians, concierge team members, and salon assistants who want to master the art of client consultation, texture analysis, and service placement. You’ll learn how to confidently assess hair texture, scalp conditions, and lifestyle needs to connect each client with the right stylist, service, and product regimen. By the end of this course, you will: Understand the four texture categories: Curly, Blow-Dry, Straight Natural, and Lock Naturals Learn how to conduct professional texture-based consultations Develop the skills to support and guide clients through the I Woke Up Curley experience Build trust and enhance client satisfaction through tailored recommendations This course is a required first step for those entering the Curley Concierge Program and lays the groundwork for future certification as a Certified Texture Technician.
